Anna Giorgi

Systems Administrator / Lead Transaction Coordinator

giorgi-and-associates-35  Anna Giorgi is our Systems Administrator. Her 18 years of experience overseeing residential real estate transactions, managing resources and monitoring critical timelines provides our team with all the necessary compliance mechanisms to safeguard every transaction from contract to closing. Anna is responsible for the immediate supervision of our team’s administrative support staff, as well as our business accounting and administration.









Rowi Rayco-Caballar

Virtual Transaction Coordinator / Marketing Specialist


Rowi Rayco-Caballar had ten years of combined experience in the IT and Business Process Outsourcing fields before joining Giorgi and Associates, LLC almost two years ago as a Virtual Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator.   She provides support in all stages of transaction coordination, email and schedule management, and reporting and documentation.  








JB Lardizabal

Virtual Transaction Coordinator / Marketing Specialist


JB Lardizabal also works as a Transaction Coordinator with the Giorgi and Associates team, with an additional focus on Marketing. He works with Rowi to ensure that transactions continue to be processed seamlessly over a wider period of coverage, while ensuring that any leads that come in under his watch are contacted as soon as possible.
